Gymkhana Friday

After the fun of the fireworks has died down, you can still help celebrate Independence Day this Friday at the July session of Thermopolis Gymkhana. In honor of the holiday, and in addition to the regular competitions of barrel racing, pole bending, goat tying, flag racing, dummy roping and the ever-changing fun event, there will be a painted pony contest with a special prize.

Entry for the event begins at 5 p.m. Friday, July 6 at the fairgrounds, with riding starting at 6 p.m.
