A film crew from A & E was in town late last week doing research and conducting interviews for an upcoming documentary series.
The six part series is based on juveniles sentenced to life in prison and they are cris-crossing the U.S. investigating various cases including the James Wylie case from Hot Springs County.
The crew did interviews with John Lumley, current Sheriff Lou Falgoust, County Attorney Jerry Williams, the first firefighter that entered the home and others during their four days here.
The Wylie case saw the 15-year old sentenced to life in prison after pleading guilty to the morning shooting deaths of his step-mother and three brothers on November 23, 1990, before setting the family home on fire.
The A & E team was so intrigued with the Wiley case they are planning a possible second trip to the area for more research.
