Softball season gets underway

The Hot Springs County Recreation District’s Adult Co-Ed Softball League saw its first games on May 15, with The Team We Like The Most (TTWLTM) beating Robin Batsman 27-8. Standout performers in the opening game were David Evans with TTWLTM with an average of 1.000, two home runs and five runs, and Joe Maul for Robin Batsman, also with a 1.000 average, two home runs and two runs.

The action continued with a matchup between Slide One In and One Stop Repair, with One Stop coming out on top in a 21-10 win. Standout performers were Jason Ciz for One Stop with a 1.000 average, two home runs and four runs, and Chris Shoemaker for Slide One with a .750 average and two runs.
