TCT hearing scheduled

The public is welcome to attend a hearing in the ongoing case against the Tri-County Telephone co-operative this Thursday and Friday, April 5 and 6. The hearing is to determine whether the lawsuit will be certified as a class action.

The hearing will be at Percy Metz Courtroom, 1002 Sheridan Street in Cody, beginning at 10:30 a.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday, but people are also asked to come early. Cell phones, purses, pocketknives and other weapons are not permitted in the courtroom.
