Predatory board opening

The Hot Springs County Commissioners are asking folks to consider an appointment to to the Predatory Animal Control Board, a three year term.

There are two openings available on the board, one for a sportsman member and the other for a member at large.

Sportsmen and hunter representatives should be bona fide residents of the district not engaged in raising sheep, goats or cattle and must hold or have held either a valid Wyoming fishing or hunting license or a Wyoming wildife damage management stamp within the last 12 months.

County residents interested in applying should submit the County Board Questionnaire, available at the Clerk’s office or online at hscounty.com, to the Clerk’s office no later than 5 p.m. on Jan. 31.

Applications will be considered and appointments made at the commissioner’s meeting on Tues., Feb. 6.
