Theron Mills

Theron Huston Mills, 91, of Casper, passed away December 22, 2017, at Life Care Center of Casper.

Theron was born October 12, 1926, in Caddo, Okla., to Robert and Addie (Burris) Mills. He graduated from Caddo High School in 1944. He enlisted in the United States Army in January of 1945 and was honorably discharged in June of 1947. He attended Southeastern College in Durent, Okla., and graduated in 1948. He met and married Mary on May 2, 1975, in Thermopolis. He was employed with the United States Postal Service as a mail carrier for more than 30 years before retiring. Mary and Theron resided in Thermopolis for 31 years. Theron was a member life member of the VFW Post 2284 in Thermopolis and Casper.

He is survived by his sister-in-law, Treva Hensley; and brother-in-law, Herbert Tholl.

He is preceded in death by his parents; loving wife of 32 years, Mary Elizabeth (Tholl) Mills; brothers, Woodrow, Liston, Robert, P. F., and L. V. Mills; and sister, Lucille Harvey
