Makerspace Lab starts Monday

Middle school students will have a great opportunity to learn more about Makerspace at the Makerspace Lab on Monday, July 31 through Thursday, Aug. 3.

There is so much to do in Makerspace, so participants will learn how to print in 3D using Tinkercad, a special design software.

They’ll also learn all about the video production studio and will have the opportunity to create their own movie trailer.

They’ll also be introduced to some of the other Makerspace activities like Makey Makey’s, Little Bits, Snap circuits and more.

Students from fifth through eighth grade are welcome to participate in the free program and those going into fifth grade and even those going into ninth grade are encouraged to come.

The program is free. All you need to do is call Elisa Daniels at 921-1211 to register your child for this awesome experience.
