Senior center plans Independence Day celebration

Senior center barbecue celebrates Independence Day

The Hot Springs County Senior Center invites everyone to the Independence Day celebration on Monday, July 3 from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. This is the third year for the popular event, and hot dogs will be served along with grilled hamburgers.

Topping the meal off will be banana splits for dessert, with toppings including chocolate, caramel, strawberries and nuts.

The cost for the meal is the usual lunch suggested donations of $4 for seniors age 60 and older, and $9 for everyone else.
