Hospital district board approves property offer

Following a 21-minute executive session on May 12, the Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital District Board of Directors approved an offer to purchase property across from the hospital and contiguous to existing hospital property.

Acceptance of the offer is contingent upon splitting of the closing costs.

There was no information available as to the purchaser’s name or how much was paid for the property, which consists of four lots and a mobile home.

The next Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on May 30, in the hospital board room.
