Branding Season

Spring is the time of year when new calves are branded to show ownership. Dale Shaffer helps hold the calf's leg while Jerry Lake looks over the brand that he just marked the calf with. It is a busy time for ranchers as many friends and neighbors help each other with the yearly process.
