It’s time to start getting your teams together for the Annual 3-on3 Basketball Tournament, scheduled for May 27 and 28.
Once again the tournament will be held in the parking lot at Hot Springs County High School with 100% of the proceeds going to the Bobcat Booster Club to aid in the funding of school sports.
This year the tournament and its proceeds are extremely important as activities will be going through major budget cuts as set by the Wyoming Legislature. All funding that has been available for students in the past will be significantly impacted so additional funding to the booster club will help teams maintain current levels of support.
Registration will be $145 per team and includes a tournament t-shirt and a three-game guarantee.
Teams can register at https://bobcatboosterclub.typeform.com/to/Pa8XeR or check the Booster Club and 3-on-3 Facebook pages for a link to register.
According to organizer Brandon Deromedi, they will be soliciting vendors from within Hot Springs County High School first, but will open to outside vendors by April 1.
“We hope to see a great turn out and beautiful weather just like last year,” he said.
