Community members may have thought they were seeing things Tuesday as Captain America wandered the streets of Thermopolis. Allen Mullins has a mission; raise enough money so a new VFW/American Legion post can be built in Warm Springs, Ore. He is walking across the United States meeting people and telling his story.
