Cookie jar auction to benefit Myers

A cookie jar auction and pig roast is slated for Saturday, Nov. 19 at the VFW to benefit Shannon Myers.

Myers has been very ill the past two years and has undergone months worth of testing with still no definitive answer from doctors as to what is causing her illness.

Proceeds from the auction will go to defray her medical expenses.

Cookie jars or other donations may be dropped off at the VFW the 19th from noon until 6 p.m. when the auction begins.
