Youths advance to punt, pass and kick sectional

Monday evening, several local youth competed in the Thermopolis Punt, Pass and Kick competition at Whitt Field. Winners from each age group were:

6-7 Boys - Baer McPhie

8-9 Boys - Bridger Peil

10-11 Boys - Hayden Overfield

10-11 Girls - Lexi Overfield

14-15 Boys - Dustin Harvey Jr.

Hot Springs County Recreation Department Director Brad Morrison stated the kids "did a great job and had a lot of fun. I'm very proud to say that they will be advancing to the sectional competition in Riverton."

The Sectional Punt, Pass and Kick will be at Wolverine Field, 2001 West Sunset in Riverton. Registration is at 12:30 p.m., and competition is at 1 p.m. Birth certificates are required upon check in, and participants will not be able to compete without verification of age.
