HSCHS Reunion hits town

The annual All Class Reunion for Hot Springs County High School will be held July 15-17.

Classes being honored this year end in “1” and “6,” however, any graduate is welcome to attend the dance at the V.F.W. and the all school picnic on Sunday.

Friday night will feature mixers by each class.

Registration will be at the Hot Springs County Museum on Saturday afternoon from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Each class will have their own class dinner that evening, followed by a free dance at the V.F.W. beginning at 9 p.m.

The picnic on Sunday will begin at noon at the Kiwanis Shelter in Hot Springs State Park.

Jeb Schenck will be taking group pictures Saturday evening.

Friday night’s mixers will be at the following locations:

Class of 1951: Home of Joe Campbell, 2884 Owl Creek, Owl Creek Road, 3 p.m.

Class of 1956: Picnic at Lower Terrace Shelter in Hot Springs State Park, 5 p.m.

Class of 1961: No host social at One Eyed Buffalo, 6:30 p.m.

Class of 1966: Home of Wedge Taylor, 211 East River Road, 4:30 p.m.

Class of 1971: Home of Mike Carter, 135 Cedar Ridge, 6 p.m.

Class of 1976: Home of Deb Mount, 353 Bonneville, 7 p.m.

Class of 1981: No host social at Thermopolis Liquor, patio area, 6 p.m.

Class of 1986: No host social at Stones Throw, patio area, 5:30 p.m.

Class of 1991: Home of Travis and Dana McDermott, 361 Bison View Lane, 6 p.m.

Class of 1996: Home of Lisa Mount Shaffer, 1185 Highway 20 North, 7 p.m.

Class of 2006: Home of Cassie Ryan Hetzel, 218 Lane 9, 6:30 p.m.
