Family seeking information on woman's whereabouts

The family of 23-year-old Kendra Foley is seeking information about her whereabouts. She has not been seen or heard from since June 22. She is currently living in Omaha, Neb. and may have driven to Sioux Falls, Iowa with an older male named Larry.

Her tracphone is now "no longer in service." Her family states prior to that they had received calls from her phone with garbled male voices on the other end.

Foley lived in Hot Springs County with Leigh and Travis Dobbins from approximately 2002-2009 and attended school here.

She has a tattoo on her neck that says "Davion" and a strawberry tattoo behind her ear.
