Be aware of fireworks designations

Fireworks are only allowed to be set off in the designated area near the Skate Park from 7-11 p.m. on July 4. Any other use within town limits is prohibited.

All use of fireworks is prohibited in East Thermopolis, and use in Kirby is prohibited as of 12:01 a.m. July 1.

Use of fireworks is permitted on private property with permission of the property owner. Use on public lands is prohibited. Additionally, greater restrictions may be enforced at any time due to fire danger.
