Janet Baird

Janet Geneva Baird, 63, of Braselton, Ga., passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2016.

She was born March 24, 1953 in Cody, Wyo. She was retired from Gwinnett County Government Fire Department with over 30 years of service.

She is survived by her daughter, Amanda (Michael) Ingram of Dacula, Ga .; son, Shawn (Melody) Otteson of Monroe, Ga .; grandchildren, Michael Crocker, Chase Ingram, Cain Ingram, Taya Roebuck and Abigail, Savanah, Ian an Avery Otteson; mother, Geneva Phillips Baird of Thermopolis, Wyo .; sister, Charlotte Telsrow of Aladdin, Wyo .; brother, Del Baird of Paudach, Ky .; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Baird.

A memorial service was held on Sunday, May 29, 2016, in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Dr. Jim Ferguson officiating. The family received friends on Sunday at the funeral home.
