Cameron Wagner, of Casper, launched a hot air balloon from Whitt field Sunday morning. He and his passengers traveled over hospital hill and then came down low over the Bighorn River.
Those who were up early enough Sunday morning might have spied the launch of a hot air balloon from Whitt Field, flown by Cameron Wagner. The balloon traveled for about three hours, coming down at 9:30 a.m. west of the highway to Cody.
