Glow run in HSSP

Gottsche Wellness and Fitness Center will be hosting a Glow Run at 8:30 p.m. Friday, June 3 at the Hot Springs State Park. Registration will begin at 8 p.m. The cost will be $10 for individuals and $30 for a family of five.

Wellness Director for Gottsche Wellness and Fitness Center Shayla Upton said it will be a fun, active event.

"We're going to have glow sticks and we'll wear glow necklaces and bracelets and we will run around the State Park," she said. "It'll probably be a two-mile run. It's just an effort to get people in the community to do something that's fun and active."

Upton said proceeds from the event will go towards equipment and services offered in the gym.

"We're trying to get people to get out and do something and have fun with it," Upton said.
