10:32 p.m. Grass fire at 272 Sessions Lane.

2:55 p.m. Report of a black car with Utah plates speeding and passing on a double yellow line.

Thursday, May 12

5:47 p.m. Welfare check regarding a dark green SUV with a back door open at mile marker 126 on Highway 120.

Friday, May 13

6:30 a.m. Report of a shady looking male subject walking along Highway 20 North. The subject could not be located.

Monday, May 16

1:59 p.m. Caller reported a vehicle almost running another off the road on Highway 20 North. Contact was not made with the offending vehicle before deputy reached the county line.

2:32 p.m. Report of a horse out on Buffalo Creek Road. The horse had returned to the property by the time a deputy arrived.

2:44 p.m. Caller reported a stolen camper trailer at Highway 20 South and Buffalo Creek Road. The trailer is a 1993 Innsbruck, white with blue trim.

Tuesday, May 10

8:19 a.m. Caller reported four payments out of an account for life insurance. The subjects who own the account deny authorizing or making such payments.

1:22 p.m. Report of a large amount of junk behind a building in the 400 block of Amoretti.

2:27 p.m. Caller stated a resident had recently received some bad news, and was not responding to attempts to contact. The resident is fine.

3:56 p.m. A crossing guard requested vehicles be moved in the 500 block of Arapahoe. The vehicles were not illegally parked.

4:34 p.m. Female subject reported her daughter’s mountain bike was stolen. The bike is a bright lime green Genesis model with tubeless tires.

Wednesday, May 11

10:48 a.m. Complaint of a party not treating their dogs well. An officer found everything was okay. The animals were registered and had their shots.

11:38 p.m. Report of a dog at large. Officer was unable to locate.

4:19 p.m. Complaint of a subject who lets his dogs off leashes at Candy Jack Park. The dogs are not aggressive, but still do run at people and need to be under control. There were no animals present when an officer arrived.

Thursday, May 12

12:34 p.m. Caller reported he was unable to contact a subject. The person was found to be fine.

1:23 p.m. Town Hall received a complaint about tall grass in a yard in the 1000 block of Warren. The property will be checked again to determine if the grass has been cut.

4:10 p.m. REDDI report from Seventh and Amoretti, after vehicle ran a stop sign and almost caused an accident. The vehicle was found parked and unoccupied.

4:13 p.m. A female subject stated she had been taken to small claims over some disputed items, and she found one of the items.

Friday, May 13

7:18 a.m. Caller reported a male cat that continually runs into the house, but has suddenly become feral. The cat was turned over to the vet clinic.

7:40 a.m. Report of a person parking a camper in the 200 block of South Fourth. The owner was asked to leave and did.

8:21 a.m. Caller reported four dogs in their yard. The owner was found and given a verbal warning.

2:30 p.m. Report of a cat in the 100 block of Highway 20 South. The animal was picked up and taken to the clinic. The owner was identified and advised to get the animal licensed.

3:18 p.m. Caller reported seeing someone known to be on probation drinking an alcoholic beverage.

5:57 p.m. Report of an argument between children and their parents in the 100 block of Highway 20 South. The parties were told to be civil, and they agreed.

6:39 p.m. Report of two adults and some kids in front of a business asking for money. Parties were gone when officers arrived.

Saturday, May 14

9:02 a.m. Child was found wandering in the 400 block of North Sixth. The child was recognized, the mother was contacted and the child was returned safely home.

7:58 p.m. A female subject advised she had a security camera in her yard and it had been moved. After investigation, it was determined a missing screw could’ve resulted in the camera moving.

Sunday, May 15

3 p.m. Caller reported a lost purple alligator skin wallet, last seen at The Ritz.

8:09 p.m. Report of two remote control dog training collars lost in the Hot Springs State Park area. One collar reads “Cujo,” and the other reads “Dede.”

Monday, May 16

2:30 a.m. Call from the 100 block of North 12th, in reference to tires being slashed.

8:59 a.m. Report of air being let out of vehicle tires along 12th Street.

12:42 p.m. Report of a hit and run accident in the 500 block of Broadway. It appears one vehicle sideswiped another, causing over $1,000 damage. A mirror from the offending vehicle was found.

9:07 p.m. A female subject request extra patrol on 12th Street due to air being let out of tires.

10:47 p.m. Noise complaint in the 800 block of Shoshoni. Speakers were playing music in a fenced in area. There was nobody home, and no way to turn down the music.
