WRC rock removal

During the Wind River Canyon WYDOT rock scaling project to remove 6-7 large rocks from the hillside above U.S. 20/Wyoming 789, crews from GeoStabilization International work to remove a large rock. The rock ultimately came loose with the help of air bags. The rock jumped the barrier and landed on the highway.
