Postal food drive Saturday

The Thermopolis Post Office is gearing up for the National Association of Letter Carriers’ Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive Saturday, May 14.

All food collected will go to four local pantries including People for People, Community Church, Risen Son Christian Church and River of Life Church.

Donation bags have been distributed across the community for use.

Food items should be nonperishable items, such as canned meats, soup, fruits and vegetables; and packaged nonperishables such as pasta, cereal, powdered milk.

Food bags will be picked up May 14 during postal routes.
