Tyson Medina has the upper position over his struggling opponent as he braces for the hold to score a pin during the Thermopolis Middle School home quad meet Tuesday.
The Thermopolis Middle School wrestlers competed at the Powell Tournament Saturday.
They also wrestled at home against Worland, Riverton and Lander Tuesday afternoon. Results from the home matches will be in the Feb. 11 Independent Record.
Results from the Powell tourney include:
First place finishers include Logan Cole-220A , Tyson Medina-84B and Teagan Anderson-138B.
Second place finishers include Wyatt McDermott-84A, Bubba Bowman-98B, Jaxson Jensen-120B and Eric Bleak-138B.
Third place finishers include Dustin Harvey-126A, Riley Shaffer-132A, Jeffry Clark-220A and Austin Barral-165B.
Fourth place finishers include Hunter Mounts-115A, Spencer Axtell-155B and Hunter Bartholomew-220B.
Saturday the TMS wrestlers will compete at conference in Rocky Mountain.
