Bobcat Cheer Camp Saturday

If you have a child between kindergarten and eighth grade who loves to cheer on our hometown Bobcats, there is a camp designed especially for them.

The Bobcat Cheer Camp is open to students wishing to learn the basics of cheerleading and wanting to be able to cheer at a boys varsity basketball game.

The camp will take place from 10-11:30 a.m. on Saturday at the high school gym. Participants will learn the basics of cheerleading and will then show off their cheer routines during halftime of the 3 p.m. boys basketball game.

Registration costs $15 and all proceeds go to supporting the Bobcat cheer program. Registration can be done immediately preceding the camp or in advance at any school building office.

Cheer camp attendees are asked to wear their best purple and gold outfits to show their Bobcat pride. Each camper will receive a pom-pom and a temporary tattoo.
