Mayfield fundraiser set

The Mayfield family of Roy, Billee and their son Cody have found themselves in need of some community support.

Roy Mayfield has been fighting cancer since September of last year. This battle has put the family under financial and emotional strain.

To help the Mayfield family, there will be a dinner and a cookie jar auction at the VFW Saturday, Feb. 6.

A bean pot dinner will start at 6 p.m. and an assortment of cookie jars to be auctioned off with all proceeds going to the Mayfield family.
