A plunge into the ice

According to Boysen State Park officials, this pickup plunged through the ice after being driven over a pressure ridge in Boysen Reservoir at Tough Creek campground over the weekend. The couple kicked out the back window and escaped as the truck was sinking. They were able to retrieve the vehicle from the ice on Tuesday. Sportsmen are reminded to be cautious when traveling on the ice.
