Ruth Hall

Ruth Ann Hall, 76, passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2015, at Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital in Thermopolis.

Born December 4, 1939, she had just celebrated her 76th birthday. The daughter of Nelson and Lillian (Sawyer) Noel, she was born in Oswego, N. Y.

In 1991 she moved to Thermopolis from California. She was employed as a Community Living Trainer at Big Horn Enterprises for 20 years until retirement.

Ruth enjoyed crossword puzzles, game shows and the mountains. She loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, David Noel of San Marcos, Calif., Gary Noel, Shawn Noel and Tracy Bond, all of Thermopolis, Wyo .; brother, Bob Noel, Oswego, N.Y .; sister, Tonia Rock of Butte, Mont .; eleven grandchildren; and nineteen great grandchildren. 

She is preceded in death by sisters, Barbara Painter and Donna Noel; father, Nelson; and mother, Lillian Johnson.

Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
