Buy yourself a buffalo

The Hot Springs State Park along with Bear River State Park is holding their annual bison sale.

Bid packets are available at Hot Springs State Park Headquarters and bids must be submitted by the end of the business day Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2016.

Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder, subject to the minimum bid specified in the sales list.

All animals have been properly vaccinated. This year there are five 2015 heifer calves for sale and the minimum bid is $1,600 each. Also there are three 2014 heifer yearlings with the minimum bid being $1,800. Terms of the sales are cash or personal check, payable in full prior to the bison leaving the property.
