Area Christmas church services and programs

Area special church services and programs are in full swing for the Christmas season.

The area schedule includes:

• Community Federated Church, Sixth and Big Horn – Dec. 20, Christmas Cantata, 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.; Dec. 24, Candlelight Christmas Eve service, 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.

• First Baptist Church, 310 S. Sixth – Dec. 20, Christmas Choir narrative, 11 a.m.; Dec. 24, Christmas Eve service, 6 p.m.

• Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 642 Arapahoe – Dec. 20, Holy Eucharist II, 9 a.m., followed by Christmas Program, carry-in and decorating of church for Christmas; Dec. 24, Christmas music from the choir, 9:45 p.m.; Holy Eucharist service, 10 p.m.

• Living Waters Assembly of God, 318 N. Eighth – Dec. 20, Christmas service with kid’s program, 10:20 a.m.; Dec. 24, Christmas Eve service, snacks following, 7 p.m.

• Risen Son Southern Baptist Church, 342 Amoretti –Dec. 20, service, 10:45 a.m.; Dec. 24, Christmas Eve service, 6 p.m.
