Thursday, Nov. 12
11:49 a.m. Report of a red Toyota Corolla traveling north from Shoshoni being driven erratically. Deputy was unable to locate the vehicle.
Friday, Nov. 13
3:26 p.m. Altercation between two coworkers resulted in one of the parties concerned about retaliation from the other party. A request for extra patrol was made.
Monday, Nov. 16
7:30 a.m. A deputy assisted in traffic control at milepost 10 on Highway 20 West while a local rancher moved cows across the highway.
5:58 p.m. Report of an accident at milepost 124.5 on Highway 20 South. Deputy determined it was a mechanical issues when they arrived on scene.

Tuesday, Nov. 10
11:03 a.m. Officer stood by while a male resident removed his belongings from a residence in the 700 block of Warren Street.
8:16 p.m. Report from a resident that someone was attempting to enter their residence in the 400 block of Mondell Street. It was a Hot Springs County Deputy attempting to serve papers to the individual.
8:23 p.m. In the 600 block of Warren Street a resident observed a person in a hooded sweatshirt attempt to break in to a building. The hooded person tried to flee the scene when the resident attempted to tackle the person. Both parties fell and the hooded person got away.
Wednesday, Nov. 11
12:23 p.m. In the 400 block of South 6th Street a vehicle collided with the rear end of a red Ford Ranger. The driver was cited for following to close.
2:49 p.m. A resident received a letter for a fine using a toll way in the state of California. The resident called the law enforcement center to verify if it was a scam. The letter was legitimate, but the resident had not been in California. The resident will have to make contact with the toll way company to clear the charges.
6:03 p.m. Report of a two vehicle accident in the 200 block of North 6th Street. There were no injuries.
Thursday, Nov. 12
3:54 p.m. An iPhone was found at the Thermopolis Middle School and returned to the owner.
4:36 p.m. A deer was struck on 10th and Broadway. The animal was dazed but able to move on.
Friday, Nov. 13
5:04 a.m. Report of loud, raspy breathing coming from the area of the Coachman Motel. The caller was concerned it might be an animal in distress.
12:58 p.m. A vehicle blocking the alley of 900 block of Amoretti Street was moved by the time the officer arrived.
Saturday, Nov. 14
8:27 a.m. A business in the 400 block of Park received a threatening message that was partially in Spanish. The message stated they will come and kill everyone there.
2:49 p.m. Report of a chainsaw and set of mud tires being stolen in the 800 block of Warren Street.
3:57 p.m. In the 1300 block of Broadway Street a resident’s truck window had been shot six times with a BB gun.
4:47 p.m. A woman found a car had been parked under her GMC Yukon’s front bumper at the Reese’s and Ray’s grocery store. There was no damage to either of the vehicles.
Sunday, Nov. 15
5:04 p.m. Report of a some one taking a set of stairs for a trailer house in the 100 block of Canyon Hills Road.
6:24 p.m. A truck drove through a driveway chain in the 100 block of East Park, driving through the grass and just missing the electrical box.
Monday, Nov. 16
11:08 a.m. Complaint of a yard that was full of debris and clutter. The owner was asked to clean it up. He is currently in the process of fixing the issue.

Adaline Borgen was born Friday, November 13, 2015, at Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital to Anderson and Andrew Borgen of Thermopolis.
She weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and was 22 inches long.
Grandparents are Jerry and Diane Miller of Thermopolis, and Matt and Pam Borgen of Michigan.
Divorces granted
Friday, Nov. 13 - Elizabeth Rose Shaw and James Raymond Butler.
Friday, Nov. 13 - Guy Terry Burr and Kelly Jo Burr.
Circuit court
Karl Leon Wurtz was sentenced to one year in jail, with one year suspended, and one year of unsupervised probation after pleading guilty for possession of a controlled substance.
District court
Monday, Nov 16
Austin Bayless had his probation revoked for failing to comply with the original terms of his probation. Bayless will be incarcerated to a term with the Wyoming Department of Corrections for not less than three years and not more than five. Bayless was given credit for time previously served.
