The annual Relay for Life, benefitting the American Cancer Society will be held in Hot Springs State Park this Friday, Aug. 7, starting with a survivors, caregivers and teams dinner at 6 p.m.
With an 80’s theme this year there are sure to be lots of crazy costumes and fun for everyone.
Opening ceremonies will begin at 6:30 p.m. with the survivor’s lap at 7 p.m.
The luminaria ceremony will be at 9:30 p.m. Luminaries are still available for $5 each or three for $10.

Throughout the night there will be all kinds of fun and games, including a water gun fight, an 80’s dance off and Olympic games.
There will also be fun for the kids with a sprinkler park and a bouncy house, which opens at 4 p.m. and ends at 8 p.m.
The public is invited to come to the park for the festivities and to cheer your favorite Relay team.
Things come to a close on Saturday morning at 6 a.m.
