Pressure gauge testing

Phyllis Lewis will be at Thermopolis Hardware Friday, July 10, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. to test dial gauge pressure canners for accuracy. She will have the latest USDA canning guidelines available.

Lewis is a Nutrition and Safety Educator with the University of Wyoming Extension.
