Boysen Kids eXtreme fishing

The Kids eXtreme Youth Fishing Derby will be held Saturday, July 18 at Boysen Reservoir, in conjunction with Boysen Lake Marina, Shoshoni Recreation District and Lip Rippers. This event is part of State Parks’ Wyoming Kids eXtreme program designed to connect children with the outdoors.

Open to kids 13 years of age and younger, participants can obtain more information and a registration form from Boysen State Park, 307-876-2796, the Shoshoni Recreation District, 307-876-2663, Boysen Lake Marina, 307-876-2772 , or online at www. Srd24.com. Bring your registration with you the day of the event. The day use fee is waived for all entrants.

Entrants can get a free fishing pole at Lip Rippers or Boysen Lake Marina the morning of July 18. The event begins at the reservoir at 8 a.m. Prizes will be awarded at the Boysen Lake Marina at 4 p.m. Free food and drinks will also be provided.
