Free flower arranging class

A free flower arranging demonstration will be held Monday, June 29 at Hot Springs County Library beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Shelly Burrows, from The Shoppe, will be demonstrating techniques that will work for a variety of events. Flowers will be available for use or participants may bring their own.
