    Though the high school and middle school track teams were set to compete this past weekend — high school at Powell, middle school at Burlington — both meets were cancelled because of the weather.     Tis Spring, when a young man’s heart turns to baseball. Registration for Hot Springs County’s Recreation District youth baseball is running now, through May 4. Boys and girls, ages six and older may sign up. There is tee ball for the six and seven-year olds, coach pitch for the eight and nine year olds, minors for those 10-11 and majors for those 12 and older.
