    The Bobcat wrestling team finished their regular season on a high note in Shoshoni on Saturday winning three duals. The first dual of the day was against Greybull. “We dominated the dual with a 54-24 win with only two losses,” said coach McDermott. Roedy Farrell, Lee Grimm, Logan Cole, Jerek Sorensen, Remington Ferree and Dalton Price all earned falls. The second dual was with Dubois with the match of the day with #1 and #2 ranked wrestlers.     The Thermopolis Middle School boys seventh grade basketball teams have been working hard this year and playing some great defense and scoring well on offense. Head coach Daniel Webber reported some recent wins against Riverton and Shoshoni.     Bobcat wrestlers were in Powell Thursday night of last week for two duals with Powell and Cody. “We came out in our first dual flat and didn’t perform as well as we should have. We had four wins with Wyatt McDermott, Logan Cole, and Remington Ferree winning their matches with early falls,” said coach McDermott.     The Lady Cats dropped a competitive contest to Rocky Mountain High School this past Friday. “After a solid first half and quick start to the 3rd quarter, the team went cold from the field and had some defensive breakdowns,” said head coach Matt McPhie. The result was a 46-41 defeat.     Logan Cole has signed to go to South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and Remington Ferree is going to Shadron State College in Nebraska. Both are planning to play football.     The Bobcat Wrestling Team traveled to Buffalo on Friday to wrestle Buffalo and Tongue River. “We did not perform very well against either team. We didn’t seem to have much of a spark Friday night. It is also difficult for our freshman to get experienced varsity opponents. Most of our matches were with freshman against Buffalo varsity wrestlers.     The Lady Cat Basketball team had two contests this past weekend. The team dropped a conference game to Buffalo by a final score of 61-48 on Friday evening. “The girls played well for three quarters of the game.     The Bobcat varsity boys basketball team dropped a pair over the weekend, traveling to Newcastle on Friday for a 60-52 loss and on to Douglas, where they fell 80-51.     The Bobcat boys basketball team split a pair of games last week, taking the "W" against Greybull, 54-53, but pulling the "L" when it came to Lander, 37-88.
