The Bobcat Booster club is preparing to return the annual 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament after missing last year due to COVID-19. Decisions were made by the Booster Club in March to bring the event back this Memorial Day weekend, the last weekend in May. The tournament was taken over by the booster club five years ago and has been growing every year. Last year’s cancellation was disheartening to all involved. The Thermopolis Bobcat Track and Field Team competed at the D & D Invite in Worland last Thursday. Lady Bobcat Kamry Bowman earned All-Conference honors in class 3A girls basketball for the 2020-21 season. Bobcat Hardy Johnson received All-Conference honors in class 3A boys basketball. The girls rallied in the third quarter to overcome a double digit deficit, but in the fourth quarter, turnovers plagued them, and they fell to Buffalo by a final score of 70-52.
