The Varsity Bobcat football team claimed a homecoming victory against Rich County, Utah for their homecoming game last Friday. Coach Matt McPhie said, “In a back-and-forth game, Roedy Farrell scored the go-ahead touchdown with just over a minute left in the 4th quarter.” Farrell plunged into the endzone from 2 yards out to give the Bobcats a 27-24 lead. Hot Springs County High School rodeo team members competed in Wheatland last weekend. It is the final high school rodeo event scheduled for 2022. Events will pick back up in 2023 to finish off the 2022-23 season. Results, with placings through tenth, include: Roedy Farrell was second in bareback riding on Saturday with a score of 64 and first on Sunday with a score of 66.
