The Bobcat wrestlers finished strong at the 2A West Regional Tournament placing 3rd behind Kemmerer and Big Piney. The cats qualified 12 of 14 wrestlers for the state tournament this week in Casper. “We had seven wrestlers place in the top four and will be seeded at state. The Bobcats varsity boys basketball team lost two tough games last week. The Cats fell to Worland 48-77 and 32-74 to Lander. “Lander and Worland are excellent teams. I thought in both games we started fairly well and had a dip in the second quarter. We definitely turned the ball over too many times against both teams. Overall the team came in 11th place out of 110 teams in the morning session and they came in 9th out of 103 teams in the afternoon session. Several wrestlers brought home individual metals.
