    Eleven Bobcats qualified for state during the 3A West Track and Field Regional Tournament held in Worland last week. Of those 11, 7 qualified in multiple events. "We had a great regional meet.     Several Thermopolis Middle School track and field team members were invited to compete at the Lander Best of the Best last week. For the girls, Davdine King had an impressive day coming home with two 1st place finishes and one 2nd place finish. Logan Farrell also performed well bringing home a 1st and 3rd place finish. For the boys, Anthony Cheatham and David King both earned a 1st place finish.     Hot Springs County High School Bobcat Track and Field hosted their home invite last Friday with the Lady Cats coming in 9th out of 22 teams and the Bobcats coming in 8th out of 20 teams. There were several top 10 individual performances and some PRs set. Coach Calder Forcella said, “It was awesome to see our kids go out and compete at our home meet.     Thermopolis hosted the Middle School Yellowstone Conference Track meet last Saturday. As a team, the sixth grade girls came in 5th and the boys came in 6th.     The Bobcat golfers had two events last week at home on Thursday and Cody on Friday.     Thermopolis Rodeo Club members traveled to Newcastle last weekend to compete. Roedy Farrell won the bareback riding both days. Saturday he scored a 74 and Sunday he scored a 75, earning 10 points each day. He is currently tied for first in the standings with 106 points.
