The Hot Springs County High School football team lost their season opener against the Pinedale Wranglers on Friday 28-6. "The kids played good," coach Rob Anderson said, adding, "We gave up a couple big plays early that had us playing catch up." The Lady Bobcats opened their 2015 volleyball season at the Douglas Invitational last weekend. Saturday the Lady Cats went 1-2 beting Lander in 3 sets. The Hot Springs County High School Bobcat boys’ golf team opened their season August 20-21 at the Powell Invitational. The Bobcat football team took on both Greybull and Shoshoni last Friday night in Greybull for a pair of scrimmage games used as a tune up for opening game Friday, Sept. 4 against Pinedale at home.
