Albert Okla Dubayah, 65, passed away suddenly July 28, 2017, at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper. Born June 5, 1952, in Amman, Jordan, he was the son of Okla and Arshalous Dubayah. The family came to America when Albert was a young child and lived in San Francisco, Calif. A florist, he worked at the I Magnin flower stand for 32 years and was an icon in downtown San Francisco.
