    Larry D. “Hippy” Howe passed away January 11, 2022, at Hot Springs Health after a lengthy illness. He was born June 25, 1950, to Lucille Shoopman and Merle Howe in Thermopolis, Wyo. Larry was living at the Wyoming Pioneer Home prior to his passing. He referred to the WPH as his home and thought highly of the staff that worked there. Larry worked for a short period of time on drilling rigs. He enjoyed sharing stories with his coffee shop friends. The majority of his time was spent driving the streets of Thermopolis.     Kenneth Dale Kowlok, 85, of Cody, Wyo., passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022. Ken was born in Gebo, Wyo., on March 5, 1936 to Rudolph and Evelyn Kowlok. He graduated from Thermopolis High School in 1954. In January of 1955 he enlisted in the United States Navy where he proudly served for 30 years and retired as a Master Chief Draftsman.
