Deloris O'Brien (Dee), 88, of Kirby, Wyo., passed away in her home on August 5. Deloris was born in Provo, Utah, on December 26, 1933. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry O'Brien; and son, Daniel Keener. Deloris had six children, Wilford Keener, Deborah Keener, Daniel Keener, Dennis O'Brien, Cynthia Bown and Drake Bevans. Thomas Daniel Porter, 76, died Monday, July 4, 2022, at his residence in Thermopolis after a valiant battle with cancer. Born October 23, 1945, in Los Angeles, Calif., he was the son of Walter B. and Mary Surian Porter.
