The Wyoming Department of Education recently released their school performance report for 2016-17, listing math, reading and science proficiency for each district based on PAWS and WY-ALT tests. Third and fourth graders at Ralph Witters Elementary took the PAWS tests with the following results: Third grade math: 15.22 percent below basic, 26.09 percent basic, 41.30 percent proficient and 17.39 percent advanced.
