    The annual Rick Phipps Memorial Concert will be held Saturday, Sept. 5 at the Pavilion in Hot Springs State Park beginning at 7 p.m. Featured musicians include Set Free Church Band, Kerry Wallace, Cal Winland, Chris Amend and the Silvertip String Band with Keith O’Brien on piano. The concert is free to the public. Donations will be collected for the benefit of Mike Cavin who is recovering from a brain stem stroke.
