    The Bobcat high school speech and debate team took part in their first tournament of the season on Saturday, a novice meet presented by Jackson and Cheyenne East. Jessica Lippencott and Amanda Roberts are the lucky pair to win the Candyman Gold Ticket Treasure Hunt for Wyoming. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, they were only able to take four residents at time but all that wanted to had a chance to participate. Pat Vosler, left, really enjoyed the swing.     The 2020 State Marching Festival was held digitally this year instead of 22 bands descending on the Casper Events Center. Each band was required to record a video of their performance and submit it to a group of six judges. The Bobcat Marching Band performed their show, The Music of Remember the Titans, on Thursday evening in 30 degree weather.
