    A polar front brought snow and frigid temperatures to Hot Springs County (HSC) and Wyoming again. Snowfall began on Friday, with weekend totals ranging from 8.5 inches to 4.5 inches around HSC, according to the National Weather Service. The bitter cold temperatures entered the area on Sunday bringing a recorded -47 degrees in the Lucerne area Sunday night and -30 degrees in Thermopolis.
