The Bighorn Bowhunters will host the first annual T-Hill Shoot July 15 and 16, on the east side of the hill at the buffalo corral. A Thermopolis Community Blood Drive is scheduled for Monday, July 17 from 4:15-7:15 p.m. at the Hot Springs County Senior Center. The Hot Springs County Hospital Auxiliary is hosting the drive, and Melene Mierzejewski said the goal is to collect 24 units of blood, though 30 were requested. Starting on July 16, 350 people from across and outside the U.S. will take a 400-mile journey across Wyoming in the 21st annual Tour de Wyoming. Among those riding in the event are Ron Philips and Kevin Mahoney. Philips said this will be the 19th tour he’s done.
